Terms and conditions

You grant BAOM permission to execute the following tasks:

1. To promote, by way of viral promotional methods, the mentioned musical work, using already existing or to be developed Internet technologies, including any wireless means of distribution.
2. To mechanically reproduce the mentioned musical work on a, or many servers, dedicated for the execution of the BAOM services.
3. To broadcast the musical work by way of listen “streaming” or in way of “transitory download reproduction” valid for all territories of the world.
4. To authorize the BAOM service users to send invitations to third parties in order to incite them to listen, download and share the mentioned musical work.
5. To authorize the users of the BAOM service to mechanically reproduce, at will, the mentioned musical work for private usage only. No authorization to commercially exploit the mentioned musical work shall be granted to the users of the BAOM service.

Also, you declare having the rights to authorize BAOM to exercise the above mentioned activities and you accept to personally be responsible for any damages or costs related to any false decelerations on your part related to this agreement.

Finally, yourself and BAOM understand that this present agreement is for an unlimited time. You can remove from BAOM, at any given time without having to provide any justifications whatsoever, the authorization provided by this agreement with a simple written statement. An electronic communication (e-mail) is considered a valid written statement where BAOM would have five (5) business days from the reception of the statement to comply with the request.
