BAOM.net Terms and Conditions

BAOM.net is a service put at the disposal of artists in order to help them spread the word about their music and become popular. BAOM.net is not, in any way shape or form, a distributor, however is a service provider put at the disposal of artists, that owns all the rights for their music, to spread their music to third parties.

In this context, BAOM has opbtained form each and every artist the right to allow you, as a user of the BAOM service, to:

1. listen completely to the musical work.
2. download completely the musical work, in high quality, for private usage only.
3. share the musical work with friends
4. make, in a non-commercial setting, as many copies as you want of the musical work.
5. broadcast, in a non-commercial setting ( including but not limited to: non-commercial radio broadcasting, non-commercial podcasts, non-commercial playlists), to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province or State in which the user resides or location of the use of service from the BAOM user.

Each musical work, accessible on BAOM, is put at your disposal under the following Creative Commons license:

If you wish to exploit the musical work found on BAOM commercially, you may do so by sending your request to, exploitation@baom.net. The BAOM team will transfer your request to the right holder of the musical work in question.

By using the BAOM.net service, you adhere to respect the present terms and conditions, and more precisely not to infringe the intellectual property of the artists, in the legal framework of the state you reside.
